Do not use this Vets for ANYTHING other than flea/worm prescriptions that you can use to buy online for 50% less the mark up.

Very disappointing experience. I believe other pet owners should be aware of what happened. Being pressured to make a financial decision within minutes about my dog’s treatment, while he was under anaesthesia, was extremely unprofessional. The cost increased significantly from the original estimate, and I was pushed to approve the extra expense immediately without being given proper time to consider the options. In the end, I spent almost £500 and my dog did not receive a proper examination or a clear diagnosis, which was extremely disappointing. The whole process left me feeling that the priority was the payment rather than the care of my pet. If I had read the previous reviews beforehand, this place would never have been my choice.

I cannot thank the team at All Pets enough for the incredible care they provided to my senior Chihuahua during their recent dental surgery. Taking a senior pup in for anesthesia and tooth extractions is always nerve-wracking, but they made the entire experience so much easier. A special thank you to David the vet, whose professionalism and expertise gave me absolute peace of mind. He calculated everything perfectly for my little one's size and explained the aftercare so clearly. And a huge thank you to Hannah at the reception desk, who looked after us with so much love, patience, and genuine care from the moment we walked in. They treated my dog not just as a patient, but like family🫶. If you are looking for a veterinary team that combines top-tier professionalism with real heart, this is the place to go. Very disappointed with my experience. I brought my injured bird in with my children, who were extremely upset and concerned. Instead of showing urgency or compassion for the animal's condition, the discussion focused on the charges before the bird was even properly assessed. The consultation took only a few seconds, and I was charged £71.98. I understand that veterinary services have costs, but I expected more care, empathy, and attention to my bird's injury. Sadly, I left feeling that neither my pet nor my family's concerns were taken seriously. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience. If there is 0 star I recommend that .
